Hospitality team members will spend their shift in the dining room with the following tasks:
- Providing a clean experience: Ensure tables are cleaned and sanitized. Proactively offer hand wipes and mints
- Refreshing beverages
- Providing additional condiments/napkins/utensils
- Clearing tables: Team Members offer, at the end of the Guest’s meal, to take their trash from dining. Team Member ensures the table is cleaned and sanitized prior to the next Guest usage, including wiping down flower vases (as appropriate)
- Checking in with guests to ensure they have everything may need

In our kitchens, we focus on fresh and simple ingredients. And we always have. Since the beginning, we've served chicken that is whole breast meat, with no added fillers or hormones, and we bread it by hand in our restaurants. Produce is delivered fresh to our kitchens several times a week. Salads are chopped and prepared fresh throughout the day.
