What you'll do:

  • Manage and maintain Leader’s calendar, travel and expense reimbursments, etc.
  • Arrange and coordinate meetings and events with both internal and external parties.
  • Liaise with internal staff at all levels and external clients, business partners when necessary.
  • Assist Leader to prepare business management materials, including weekly and quarterly business review deck.
  • Organize quarterly management meeting and sales seminar.
  • Coordinate and consolidate business management data from team business partners.


What you bring:

We're looking for someone who takes initiative, perseveres, and stay curious. You like to work on meaningful innovative projects and are energized by lifelong learning.

  • Bachelor’s degree or above in any major
  • 2024 graduates that can work 4-5 days a week for at least 6 months.
  • Working proficiency in English
  • Familiar with Microsoft Excel and other office products.
  • An independent and proactive problem solver
  • Detail-oriented, excellent analytical skills and effective problem-solving skills.
  • A real team player with initiative and 'can do' attitude who learns and adapts quickly in an international environment.
  • Being able to work under pressure, in critical situations and under tight deadlines.
  • Enjoying working in a diverse cultural environment; open minded and culturally sensitive.
