Responsibilities
Supervisor is responsible for the coordinating and facilitating patient care functions The individual in this role demonstrates advanced knowledge to manage the patient care operations This leadership role includes responsibility for establishing meaningful communication systems, assuring effective resources management, and coordinating patient placement and care processes This individual will be doing admission assessment, staffing, regulatory compliance and nurse staffing.
Qualifications
Education & Experience
Current MN RN license BSN preferred Minimum one year of nursing experience Minimum one year of leadership experience required Skills:
Strong communication skills: conflict resolution and collaboration Able to problem solve and delegate effecti! vely Demonstrated interpersonal skills: coaching, mentoring, and role modeling Demonstrated leadership skills Change agent, team building, decision making, critical thinking, continuous quality improvement, and systems thinking Pay,Benefits, & Work Schedule
Part time position (16 hours per week) Day Weekend shifts: 9:30am-6:00pm Saturday, Sunday Non-Contract
